Every Monday is MeYeBody Monday in
The LtoL Movement community!!
Meyebody is a mindful movement practice and program designed to take the stress out of fitness. We do this by bringing awareness to how we embody fitness in our natural state of being, as well as how we can incorporate it in our everyday “human” lives.
The MeyeBody practice is a 3 step process that serves as a guide on your life’s journey, a tool for cultivating a deep relationship with fitness;
mind, body, and spirit that work FOR you!!
This MeYeBody Monday I want to highlight some phenomenal fitness coaches and their heartfelt offerings that truly embody what MeYeBody Mindful Movement is all about!!
First up we have the one and only Olivia Marie, owner and trainer of Build-A-Bawdy offering both In-Person and Online training.
Next is
Sharmane Bias (Starr) of ILuminatingLegacies.
Last but not least we have Andre Dream, owner and trainer at Lab of Dreamz.
